if you cancel the booking, the following cancellation fees will be charged (if we cannot find an equivalent replacement):\n\nCancellation up to 22 days before arrival = no fee\nCancellation up to 21 to 15 days before arrival = 25%\nCancellation 14 to 8 days before arrival = 50%\nCancellation 7 days or less before arrival = 100%\n\n\nThe basis for calculation is the total invoice amount according
